Information we collect

When you join or check the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and any optional details you choose to add, such as first name, trader type, primary market, and country. We also store waitlist status, referral codes, referral activity, signup source, campaign parameters, landing page, signup page, email delivery events, and unsubscribe status.

To protect the waitlist from abuse, we may process technical signals such as user agent and a hashed version of your IP address. We do not need to store raw IP addresses for this anti-abuse check.

How we use information

We use waitlist information to reserve your place, recover your status, manage referral priority, send waitlist and early-access updates, respond to inquiries, monitor product demand, troubleshoot delivery issues, and keep the service safe from spam or abuse.

MyFloor may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to record non-sensitive product events such as form views, signup attempts, categorical signup error reasons, referral sharing actions, leaderboard views, and status checks. These events are used to understand launch performance and improve the waitlist flow. We do not intentionally send raw email addresses, names, referral links, referral codes, or other personal identifying information in analytics event parameters.

Cookies and local storage

MyFloor does not use advertising cookies on the public website. The waitlist may use browser local storage to remember referral and campaign attribution for a limited time, so a signup can be connected to the correct referral link or campaign. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may set or read analytics cookies or similar device signals to measure website usage and waitlist funnel performance.

Public waitlist display

Public waitlist previews are designed to avoid exposing full email addresses. When a public display name is needed, MyFloor shows a privacy-safe version based on the part of the email address before the @ symbol, along with queue position, referral count, and milestone status.

Email choices

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive MyFloor waitlist and early-access communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing updates through the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

Trading-account and credential data

The public waitlist does not collect broker passwords, API keys, trading-account credentials, or financial account data. When product account-linking features are used, MyFloor is designed to protect broker credentials and tokens with encrypted storage and use them only to provide the account-linking, portfolio, risk, and trade-execution features requested by the user.

Service providers

MyFloor relies on trusted service providers for hosting, databases, security, email delivery, and operational tooling. These providers process information only as needed to operate, secure, deliver, and monitor the service.

Data retention and requests

We keep waitlist and product information for as long as needed to operate MyFloor, manage early access, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain service records. You may contact us to ask about your information, request deletion where applicable, or update your communication preferences.
